OBJECTIVES
The “CORPORATE SAILING BRASILIA’S CUP” is a sport event with the aim of incentive the sailing, and to divulgate this sport on the corporate environment.
The event also has the aim of promoting actions of preserving the self environment, and social inclusion of children from the suburbs, by means the sport.
SELF-ENVIRONMENT
Some activities will take place apart from the main event. One ecological tend will be at the lounge of the hotel promoting the self-environment care, showing ways to recycle and to maintain and how to preserve the water of the lakes.
One self-environment work-shop will take place on board of the master boat, with some specialists of the area.
TEAM BUILDING
During the event, the executives from all agencies will participate on a team-building training that will be followed by one psychology specialist.
Away from work, the unknown environment of sailing builds and brings strong relations and well-being for the teams members. The activities of the teambuilding training requires loyalty and friendship between the teammates of the crew that eventually will force the development of leadership, decision making skills, being able to calculate the risk throughout the journey.
